Not dressing up.  Bringing the games to the porch and setting them on free play.  Decorations and candy abound.

Thinking about being a generic zombie.
Have to visit the Goodwill store to find a cheesey old 80s business suit to butcher and find a store that sells liquid latex...

I love Halloween. I go friggin nuts this time of year. Usually around January or February, my wife and I start a list of possible costume ideas. We usually make our own costumes. This year we have a 1 yr old daughter (and a lot less free time) so we wimped out an bought costumes.

I'm going to be Space Ghost this year. Previous years I was Speed Racer, Marvin the Martian, one of those plastic toy soldiers (like in Toy Story) - which I made out of green vinyl shower curtain material.

I have a party each year - DJ, homebrewed beer, etc. This year, my first cab will be up and running.

No Halloween for me this year, I'm afraid.... all our belongings will be packed and loaded in a Uhaul truck by the time the kids make the rounds for their candy.  Will be leaving for Missouri from Alabama early on the 1st....

I thought for sure somebody would have posted tron guy by now.

I was a moose two years ago.  I made fun-fur pants, vest, and mits and had foam ears.

Last year I made a fun-fur cap with bug floppy ears and was a dog.

(earned the name jon-the-dog)

This year, I'm making another cap (pain in the ass) with smaller ears and a big flat tail and I'll be a beaver.  Big teeth too.

One year a friend of mine dressed up in a Superman costume, but sat in a wheelchair.

Every person we saw did the same thing:
1) Look of pity - poor guy is in a wheelchair in a crowded club
2) Look of shock and "that's just wrong!"
