They've got hundreds of licenses, but these are the games that they claim to own copyright (according to the old Arcade Legends spec sheet). I can't find them anywhere on copyright.gov though.

i think its full of crap he has permission to use the rom in a money making machine but i don't think he has copyright to it.

I'm not sure if it's been noticed before, but the Ultracade TM was cancelled on August 10th.  There's no new record for it, but I'd imagine he's transfering the ownership to Ultracade Technologies.

Also, it looks like Mr.Do! is currently public domain, so it's perfectly legal to sell artwork depicting the Mr.Do! designs.
