Why should I go to the movies? It costs me the same for my wife and I to watch one movie at the theater as it does for me to wait a couple of months and buy it on DVD with the option of viewing it multiple times at no extra cost. My couch is most certainly more comfortable than any theater chair. My feet don't stick to the floor at my home and with my setup I'm not missing anything the theater can offer in regards to screen size or sound. Plus I can pause the movie when I have to run to the bathroom instead of getting a synopsis from my wife of what I missed while I was gone. I see no advantage of going to a theater to watch a movie. Just my .02 since we're off topic. ;)
not to mention people talking through out the movie

Funny that the laundromat was mentioned in this discussion.  It is the one place you can go that will usually still have a few arcade games.  There are a few near me with classics like Galaga and Ms-PacMan.  I've tried to get my hands on them, but they are still making money in this venue.  So, if you want to open and Arcade...all you have to do is add a few washers and dryers in the lobby ;D
Please!  Give me the good news first!

You're right, and they're usually classics as well! I've seen a few people in recent years cut their teeth on arcades at the laundromat!

Don't forget the movie theaters...  I have a washer and drier, but I see games at the theaters near me.

Had dinner last night at the Valley Brewery in Stockton, CA.  They had a Galaga and Donkey Kong machine, and a Taxi pinball.
