Home Video Trivia
« on: July 20, 2005, 07:18:24 pm »
Anyone else play those ntn network video trivia games they have at the sport bar or TGI Fridays?

I found a similair home version product: http://www.cadaco.com/trivia-games/homesystems.html

Anyone custom build anything like this themselves?

I'm contemplating buying this home version linked above, but wanted to see if there are any other options. Would be interested in seeing what anyone else has come up with.

Thanks! B.

I'm gettin a few more YDJK (You Dont Know Jack) games. I've had YDKJ: Movies for several years, but havent tried any others. So far, it works awesome in my cab.

M3talhead: If you haven't played YDKJ: The Ride then you've been missing our my friend. In my oppinion that version is the best. I've been wanting to incorporate this into my machine for a while now.

My friend picked up the trivia game I linked previously and we tried it out last night. It was a lot of fun, and pretty dang close to the one in the local sports bars/resturaunts. The rounds on the home version played a lot faster, but it was pretty close.

I'll be picking this up for my game room as well as all the expansion cartridges and a full set of wireless player controllers. Should be fun!

I'm still looking for some home brew trivia if anyone has any links!

I didn't see any prices on that site.  Do you have to call to get them?

The guys over at cinemar made a similar product but had problems with people being on at the same time. I believe thay still have a trivia game but it may not still be supported heavily.

Check it out at www.cinemaronline.com
