Why cant I get the beatmanias to work?

When I load the roms I get the rom check screen and they all go ok except S ROM and HDD ROM, I have the CHD file.

The chds are supposed to be in the rom folder in their own folders correct?

They work, it just takes anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes to check the last two files.
