Yes, Silver just got the software working.  It uses the same tech as the lcdgen, but there are some small bugs to work out.  I was just happy putting my own stuff on there, now I'm really excited.  I think it's cool Silver goes out of his way for the beta brite guys when he doesn't even own one.  Too cool. :)

If you need to know more, just let me know.  Silver also gave me a link to get winamp to send the name of the song to the sign.  Since a lot of the jukebox programs use winamp in the background, I'm excited to see how it works.
