Setting up multiple buttons for single function ??

I need help in configuring buttons for a specific game in MAME.

Say you want to set P1B1 to either A or B.

If you press TAB - Input this game and press ENTER and then quickly A and B, you get both buttons have to be pressed as you said.

If you press TAB - Input this game, ENTER A ENTER B, you get A or B.

Be sure to wait between the A and second enter until mame excepts the A mapping.
