playsation store game/"cannot be accessed on your account"?

Hi guys. I was wanting to buy ragdoll kung fu for my ps 3. I found it in the playstation store but when i tried to buy it it says" this content cannot be accessed on your account" Does anyone know whats up with this  Thanks.

You should make yourself a US, UK, and Japanese PSN account  and you will be able to access more games.

Thanks guys, I will look into making other accounts. I dont think the game is region locked. I played the demo at wallmart a good while back.
