Dragons Lair DVD-ROM

Hey guys,
I have been trying to get dragons lair DVD-ROM to work both using windvd and daphne. No luck. So IU am going to send for the DVD video versions using power DVD. Has anyone used these? Is the DVD video able to use cursor keys for direction and another key for sword and shoot/energize? I am gonna get a slikstik quad so I can just use the keyboard encoder. :(
