Mamewah and Nostalgia - multiple rom extension
« on: May 03, 2005, 07:06:26 am »
Hi guys,

I am using Mamewah also with Nostalgia (emulator for the Mattel Intellivision..great memories!!!) everything is working fine except one thing :

I have 2 different rom extensions for the games (int and bin) so I just set the INI file in Mamewah to * but the odd thing is that when I launch a game from the list I have then the GUI of Nostalgia coming out and I need then to select again the game from the GUI list to launch it...quite strange and not what I want.

This problems doesn't come up if I set the INI to one of the two extensions but then I cannot launch a lot of them. Is there a solution to this problem ?

Zip then all up individually. Then they will all have a .zip extension. There is a utility called "Batch Zip Toolkit" that make it a simple task. I think Nostalgia will handle zipped files.
