I don't suppose that he ever considered that the bullets will most likely ricochet off of the engine block and into something like, oh I don't know  . . . a person.

Oddly enough, I had a 1995 lebaron for 4 or 5 years and it was the most trouble free car I ever owned. I sold it like a year ago, and I never had to spend a dime on repairs. My buddy bought it from me and recently traded it in, it went from 50,000 miles to 125,000 miles without a single repair (although it was in need of shocks by the time Dave traded it in).
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

So at least you know how it all finally went down for that car ;)

Ha!  Nice one.

I actually just game to a verbal deal with the Hyundai dealer this morning.  They're going to give us $3500 for it, up from the $3000 that was "almost no profit for us".  The $3500 is still a bit low for it, but it has that engine issue that makes me unwilling to risk a private sale.  I don't want to sell it to someone and have the lower block seize up on them two months from now.  I'm not that guy that passes his problems on to other people.  A dealer is equipped to handle such things, a person buying a family car with 95k miles on it is not.

So, we're moving forward, I just have to find financing.  What's the usual rate right now?  My bank is offering about 5% on a 60 month term, that seems decent right now.

Was yours previously owned by Jon Voight?

Watch out! Now that he's made Baby Geniouses 2 AND National Treasure, he may want it back.  ;D
Now in a tasty new flavour.
