WGP Arcade Game

Besides paying 100$ to Taito Japan.  Does anybody know where I can get a manual for the WGP arcade game???  I've registered it with VAPS (Its only on WGP there) and have spent the past few days googling and emailing everyone; And no one has any information about this machine.  Here is my Ebay link to see some pics:

 The serial number is AVC 3174 (So much for 20 imported to the USA)
