Moon Patrol cocktail artwork, Where to find?

I am trying to find the instruction sheet that went on the bezel of the moon patrol cocktail machines.  Does anyone know where I can download or order it?
I checked the arcade art library and there was nothing there.

Was the cocktail version dedicated or a kit(or bootleg even)?  I'm having little luck finding information on this item...I do remember sometimes manuals had instructions cards you could photocopy from them or pull out as stickers, but I don't think Moon Patrol was one of those.  It's on my list for photos to take at the next Superauction...Good luck finding it; and if you do, please submit a copy to the Library.
