D9200 repair question

Hi,

I have a quick question..

I just received my D9200 and wanted to test it quickly.

You should be able to test with VGA cable and DOS.

Doesn't sound good :(

Update * I just finished talking to a WG tech and he recommended replacing C801 & C802 does anyone have a board layout diagram as I can't seem to find one.

You won't need a diagram, they should be labeled on the board.

And a working D9200 will display a "no signal" picture when plugged in and not getting a signal.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

tnx for the reply...  I thought it should display that message but wasn't sure..

Now I look more closly at the board I can see most of the components labeled.

Now to find a monitor repair guy locally as I am not too confident with the idea of discharging the monitor lol

I was the lucky winner of the monitor from Retro Blast's competition.  so the monitor wasn't new.  Unfortunately the DHL guys don't know what fragile means lol
