Anybody used to play this apple game , i think it was 1988 or so , i remember having a good ol time playing that way back ,anybody know where i could find it again  -tommy

Or you could search for "abandonware", but it's about as legal as download roms.  :police:

Is Oregon Trail abandonware and legal to get?

Scorched Earth is.  About 2 years ago the makers of scorched earth made it freeware.

Oh yeah,

Great game!  I sometimes fire it up using AppleWin.  Hunting was probably my first FPS experience.   :)

I THINK I've got that on CD somewhere.  It's not for a Mac, it's a Windows disc.

Now THAT would be an amusing remake.

Oregon Trail... With high res 3D graphics, digitized sound, FPS hunting sequences and it's educational too!
