Driver Cab Pics!
« on: May 20, 2005, 08:08:27 pm »
This somthing Ive been working on for a couple of months, got the shell off trade me (NZ Ebay) scored the seat for free, its electric as well maybe out of a primera? so that will be hooked up to a step down transformer along with the amp and sub which will go under the seat for vibration, also i got to mount the steerer higher and put in some glass and plexiglass for the top panel and some art down the sides, but should be finished soon.

along the lines of the Breaktime Sitdown Driving cabinet, anyone got any links or shots of that finished?

Seat needs a clean......

Post the pics here. No one wants to register on that site just to view pictures.

Heres the electric seat Ill be using, (works too!)  the rail mounts will be ground off and mounted straight flat on the rails.

heres the rest of the arcade, work still in progress, these are original NZ cabs had been in storage since about 1985, never been in use ( were missing monitors and coin doors). was a great find.

Games are (left cab) Double dragon, bomberman (right cab) Lightning fighters and Rally bike.

Nice work. Looks like a few more kiwis are joining the ranks of BYOACers, good to see.
