Windows advice wanted

I've got a NVIDA VANTa (16meg) that I want to put in an arcade cab and I can't seem to get it to boot to Video Out.
TV tool in windows recognises the T.V out and I can use it on the T.V that way but this isn't much use to me. Anyone give any advise? I have unplugged the monitor and tried both video out connections. I was hoping to use Arcade os on my cab but even advice as to how to get it to boot to T.V in windows would be helpful.
