He's there, his site @ daemon.net is down.  Aparently so is the whole subblock.

You can still email him if you know what you need.  I'm sure you can find it with a Google search.

Is Bob Roberts really that much better to order from then HAPPS?

Yup.  Bob not only has awesome prices, he's a fantastic wealth of information.  I've emailed him several times regarding things I couldn't figure out, and he's answered each time.  Usually within a couple hours.

Plus Bob sometimes includes extra gifts!  I got Mardi Gras beads and a keyring once.  Free stuff!

When have you seen Happ or anyone else for that matter using nice personal touches like that? Never, that's when! Never!

The absolute only reason why I never order from Bob is that I'm too impatient to wait for him to get my money and ship my order. I have heard he cross ships though.

Cross shipping is more risky than paypal, yet he won't take paypal.

From what I've heard, once he gets to know you and you've done some business with him, he will ship your order as soon as you email it to him.

I've only ordered from him twice, and the second time he cross-shipped to me.  I didn't even ask or anything - the day after I said that the check was on the way he replied with "Okay, your package was dropped off today."  :o

Yes yes yes x 1million

I ordered some stuff from Happ 1 month ago and still haven't got it, and they have a depot in the UK.  Every order I make from them (I only do it when I have no choice) takes weeks to months to arrive, and they are massively overpriced, and they have fixed shipping costs (8 quid+vat for anything, again, rip-off).

Bob has great prices, is great to deal with and sends stuff really quick.  I made an order and had it <1 week later, and I'm in England.  And got some free gifts.  And he pointed out that I asked for something I didn't really need.  Brilliant :)

Bob's server is offline for a little while.  It happens now and then.

Bob is a great asset to the gaming community and one of the good guys out there.

Bob had a bad run-in with paypal, so he doesn't want to deal with it.  Based on the 2.8% fees I've been paying for transactions, even cash transactions, I agree with him.

Bob will tell you what you need and find it for you if he doesn't have it.

We need more people like Bob Roberts.

Bob Roberts was patient with me when I was an extreme newb and ordered from him for the first time. He also shipped fast, it came very well packaged, and prices are cheaper then Happs. Bob Roberts will continue to get my buisness.
