Modified Tempest CPO Needed

I posted info on my current Tempest project in the "projects" forum, but I have an artwork question also.

I can't find the CPO artwork online.  I have a hacked control panel (not hacked by me) with a joystick in the middle and 2 buttons on either side, and I think a Tempest CPO without any text would look great.

Anyone have any ideas, other than trying to scan the whole panel?
