Building a cocktail or bartop: Look!

I found this site and I think this may be a good solution for somone building a cab where space is an issue.

The motherboard isn't much bigger than a mouse, and it includes video, sound, and the cpu (800mhz via).
I've never used a via cpu but I'm sure it would be fine for older games. With a price of $120 how can you go wrong.

Really cool!  I can't find out if its UL and CE certified if we could use it at the office.  

What I like about it is it has TV-out built in.  I would love to see if it would work well with a little LCD TV I have.  That would make for a way way cool mini micro arcade machine.  You might be able to hack it in a little hand held type lcd donkey kong game.  That would be COOL!

Yeah but.........your controls would be SEVERELY LIMITED.

Remember: you can shrink da screen, and shrink da MB, but what about the Hard Drive?  What Ram does this thing take?

And your joysticks would wind up bigger than the machine!

Well I saw in there an NES PC, and NES booting Win2k Pro. So if someone could fit an entire pc into a NES then I imagine you could build a decent machine that is small and compact. The controls howeven would be an issue....

Oh yeah I don't deny you can get small......lord knows some of those micro-ATX boards are that small.  What I'm not sure of is a Power Supply for that thing, I wonder if they've got the PS on the ground with cables running into the back of the NES case.

The simple fact is a motherboard can be super tiny, but the power supplies  inevitably take up space

Only requires an external 12V supply like laptops, small and quiet.
