Wico is deffinitly lacking in the customer service department...
« on: November 01, 2004, 11:26:03 am »
I ordered some jumbo pushbuttons from them last week.  When I recieved them on Sat. I found out that one of the buttons was threaded incorrectly and therefore the nut wouldn't go on more than
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em
By the thorax and abdomen
And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen

Was guy #2 the "Jumbo Pushbuttons Return Guy"?  Whatever, at least their replacing it!  :D

No, that guy must have been the yellow button specialist. He deals with all problems concerning pushbuttons that are yellow. He might also deal with yellow joysticks, I'm not sure.  :P

They do suck though. Last time I ordered directly through their New England sales rep and everything went smoothly, some clueless person in their main office gave me his cell phone number so I called him up. He wrote down all my order details while he was driving his car (!), and I lost the connection a couple of times- but the order arrived just as I wanted about a week later.
