Was guy #2 the "Jumbo Pushbuttons Return Guy"? Whatever, at least their replacing it! 
No, that guy must have been the
yellow button specialist. He deals with all problems concerning pushbuttons that are yellow. He might also deal with yellow joysticks, I'm not sure.

They do suck though. Last time I ordered directly through their New England sales rep and everything went smoothly, some clueless person in their main office gave me his cell phone number so I called him up. He wrote down all my order details while he was driving his car (!), and I lost the connection a couple of times- but the order arrived just as I wanted about a week later.
