Kortek 27" multi sync / ArcadeVGA
« on: October 06, 2004, 09:22:54 pm »
i know plenty of people have given opinions and such, but i'm about to buy my setup and i want some constructive critisizm so i can tell if the expense is worth it.  feel free to compare to other multi sync monitors like wells gardner and neotec.  and also feel free to tell me about ArcadeVGA in use with these monitors.  Thanks guys for the support.

also, like always, i need dimensions from a neo geo mvs cab...feel free to help.

I have that exact set-up and so far it's great, unfortunately I have nothing to compare to as this is my first cab.  Kevin Steele from retroblast.com is the authority on this, it was his review of the monitor which prompted me to get it.

I have my desktop at 800x600 using the d2000 resolution tool downloaded from the Ultimarc site and all of the games look great at their original resolutions. The best of both worlds.

I am planning this setup also (Arcade VGA with the Betson Multi Sync)

Question...does the cable that comes with the monitor plug right into the Arcade VGA or do I need to purchase some sort of an adaptor?

Yes it plugs right in to the ArcadeVga.
