Has anyone got handy working with mamewah? I can get mamewah to launch the game but I cannot get Handy to go to full screen on load. any thoughts?

Thanks
Todd

Hi,

Don't use handy, use MESS, it can be set-up to exit using Esc key and is easily configurable for Mamewah.

Cheers

Marko19 :) :)

I didn't think mess' emulation of lynx was complete. Bad sound or something. Does it work very well? (I guess I can Try it!)

I agree with marko19. Handy is nice but it just doesn't have the ability to work with MameWAH. MESS is definately the way to go.

Actually......If you hadn't made that lynx skin I wouldn't even be messing (no pun intended) with it! It looks great BTW. Any chance I could talk you into making an Odyssey 2 skin????!!!

thanks

Your Odyssey 2 skin is done. It's on my downloads page.

Enjoy,

What settings did you use to get MAMEWAH to launch Handy at all?

My motherboard went out on my cab so I cannot look at the mamewah cfg file until tonight. If i remeber correctly rom extention is lnx, send file name is yes, use long filenames is yes and quotes around file is yes.
Do you know how to get it to go to full screen from the command line? It works better than mess for Lynx IMHO.
