What do you think of my marquee?

I have a background that I created, see link below.  It's 22"x5.5" in Photoshop format.

Looking for help finishing up a simple marquee with the following in mind:

* cabinet is black & blue
* ice theme
* text to read "ICE PAC MAME" with ice effect in pacman font maybe?
* images of classic video characters such as pacman, pacman ghost, mario, donkey kong, and some others

If anyone is interested plz d/l file and msg me if you are interested to do a free 30 min project.  I'm going to get it printed tonight if I have time.

So I tried myself and came up with this.  Any thoughts/ideas?  Keep in mind I'm not graphically inclined.

My bad...this is only in 72DPI, I have another on my desk that is 300DPI but sinc ethe size is over 30MB I won't provide it.  Or should I provide it for someone to help?

I was thinking maybe someone could use the smaller 72DPI version to get an idea.  Then all I would have to do is copy the layers you create onto the big version I have.

I dunno I'm no artist.  Let me know if the big file at 300DPI is required.

Well... Kind of and Kind of not...  Using the Pac Man Font and putting Icicles on it is pretty tough.  Atleast for me. I know someone on this board can do it and make it look good.  But I couldnt(atleast make it look good).  Sorry man.
