Electrohome G07 - Brightness Adj.
« on: July 21, 2004, 06:49:49 pm »
I have an Electrohome G07 and was curious if this monitor has a brightness and contrast adjustment ?

The label on the side of the monitor reads the following:

Chassis : G07CB0

Product : 38-G07-904-I0

This monitor was recently capped, and also had a new flyback installed. Overall, the picture is great, it just seems a little darker than I used to.

Thank you in advance,

Mike

There is no contrast adjustment on Electrohome monitors. There is no "brightness" control per se, but you use the "screen" control on the flyback as a brightness control. Typically after installing a capkit (regardless of monitor make or model) you usually have to reset the the brightness level.

Thank you Ken. I was able to remedy that using the advice you gave me.

Again, many thanks to you.  :)
