What would be physical dimensions for a Marquee on a LuSiD cab? I have started building, but have not assembled and have to wait a week before i can continue assmbly, so I was gonna work on the marquee.

Mine ended up at 7.75" X 26", I think, but it'll depend on how you mount it.
I'm mounting mine frameless

Looks like that will be the size i go with then, was thinking of using the happs retainer, how much room should I leave on the top and bottom for the retainer overlay?

Do you have a template for those speaker holes?  I drilled a simple star pattern in my last cab, but that looks like it will take a while to draw out.  Looks great though, I might do up a metal template and use that on future cabs!

Back for nostalgia, based on nostalgia.
