Bad EBayer

CGRemakes:
Just received my Capcom vs SNK 2 in the mail today that I won on EBay.  I was dissapointed, however, when I opened it and discovered that it was a burned copy.  Here is the item:

Is it just me, or do those pictures not display a burned CD.  I don't see anywhere noted that it was a burned copy.  I haven't received my Dreamcast yet, so I don't know if it works or not.  I guess I shouldn't have bid on something from a seller with 1 feedback, but guess it's my loss.  Oh well, it's only $7.00, but it's still lame.  I will try to get my money back, but it is quite obvious they were trying to make it seem legit, so I'm not sure I will hear from him.

REBIRTH:
yeah - I try to stay away from a seller with less than 20 or so feedbacks.  This guy has 1 feedback from someone he bought from, you are his first "sell".

Yea, first "sucker" is probably more like it.  :)  He was selling a few other games at the same time (SF3: 3rd Strike, Power Stone, and 1 other).  Luckily I was outbid on those ones.  I'm curious to see what the winners of those items have to say, as they went for considerably more than $3.99.

Hooch:
I would report this person to ebay.  They normally frown on this type of activity (I.E. selling 'backup' software).  By what I've seen Yahoo allows it to happen, but Ebay does not.

android:
Never bid on an auction for software/music that includes a "no cd nor instruction booklet" disclaimer.
