Please help setting up Lazarus - No sshots

Hey guys, mainly HC, I was hoping you could help a lowly mortal with the Lazarus FE.

I downloaded it to try it out and it works OK (as in lists all my games and launches them properly, but for some odd reason it will not shot the screen shots of all my games.

Here's my config files:

I am probably missing something obvious, but I cannot seem to figure it out.

This is on a 1.4Ghz, 256RAM, 10GB, WindowsXP machine.

First Off make sure you ran the runme.bat..... Unlike rd, lazarus will run without registering the dlls, but It won't display the graphics until you do.  

Your config file looks fine to me, but that's certainly an odd directory name.

Also the folders you keep your artwork in must be named as follows:

snap
flyers
marquees
cabinets

The artwork must be unzipped and preferably in png format as jpg support is sketchy at best.

Jeez, now if I only I could follow very specific written instructions, this would work a lot better. Sorry about a dumb question. I had installed the dlls for RD and I assumed they were the same.

As far as the directory, yep, you guessed it, it a share on another computer.

Nah.. i use a new graphics engine.... much faster and it supports transparencies so no more colored borders around artwork.
