Get rid of Dell BIOS screen @ startup?

Gotcha.  Also, what about an onboard jumper or switch to clear the BIOS if you can't get at it via normal routes?  Usually there's one or the other, sometimes both.  It may reset your BIOS, but it'll reset the BIOS to defaults, so you won't be hosed that way.

Well, no, it would reset the BIOS to their defaut values, but if I over write the BIOS with a new set, and it's a bunk set, no amount of resetting will fix that.
