Hello,

Will Daphne work without problems on a CGA Arcade monitor with an ArcadeVGA card?

If by CGA you mean standard resolution arcade monitor, then yes, it will work.

Yes..

the original laser disc system only used CGA.

Make sure you use 640x480 and disable hardware acceleration in daphne.
