You can setup a Flash file with a Quicktime video imported  to launch Mamewah.exe upon completing the video.  It's not REAL easy but if you have flash, it's really fun working with it.

Macromedia Flash; for creating rich online content, simple vector animation and anything in-between. Almost every website you look at has some Flash animation in there somewhere.
