SNES/AdvMENU settings

I running AdvMENU, and I have the SNES games showing up in the list, but they aren't displaying the game right when I try to run it.  Does anyone know which settings I should be using with AdvMENU and SNES9x or ZSNES to play SNES games on my arcade monitor??
