Mirroring the Picture on an Arcade monitor?
« on: March 14, 2004, 11:14:25 am »
Following up on a suggestion by someone, is it possible to switch certain wires on an arcade monitor to mirror the screen horizontally?  I am putting a raster monitor in an Omega Race cabinet, the monitor faces away from the player and up, the screen is reflected on a piece of glass.  I can "flip" mame in software, and probably find a FE that flips as well, but I would still be looking at the PC OS backwards.  If I can flip the screen through the monitor hardware, that would be much easier.  Any confirmation on IF it can be done and exactly HOW it CAAN be done would be awesome.  Thanks!
