Hantarex MTC-900 "Bluescreen"

Hi guys,
I'm a long time member - been on and off for about 20 years or so now  - I've acquired a couple more cabinets since my last visit and one of them has a Hantarex MTC 900 monitor which has been fine for a while then started to have minor issues like the picture being a bit "jittery" and grey lines across the screen and now has gone completely blue.

Ideally I'd like to keep the monitor if it's a relatively easy/cheap fix but obviously there's a cut off point where it's just not financially feasible to do so. It's in a MAME cabinet and not in an original pacman cabinet or anything so could go TFT but like I said, I would like to salvage it if at all (financially) possible.
