MTC 9110 CRT dim help please

When I got this monitor the flyback was visually arcing, I got a new flyback and did a cap kit on it. The monitor is dim no matter how high I turn the brightness and contrast adjustments (the preset on the board, the flyback and the independent contrast) any suggestions? Any resistors I should check? I know on K7000 a resistor could be removed to improve brightness on the neck board, are there any adjustments like that for this monitor? Also the corners are slightly out of convergence, but the yoke is non adjustable.
