I encountered strange situation when desktop is set other resolution than 640x480 for example 640x576. It appears that games have picture stretched outside intended resolution (in this case 2560x240).Good examples are pandora's palace, pac man, 1942.
Everything is fine when desktop is set to 640x480.

This is dual monitor setup but it does not matter which DISPLAY I choose.
It does affect both vertical and horizontal games.
I had to use option aspect 4:3 to make look right.

Solved I think - aspect is taken from current desktop resolution and 640x576 is far from 4:3.
