Where do we report mame bugs?

Its not a bug perse, but an error on the menu. On mortal kombat if you want to change the buttons, the names on the p2 buttons are captured a p1, just a little error. Thanks for any help.

Don't report anything unless you have first verified the problem is present in the newest official UNADULTERATED build.

I haven't messed with this stuff in many years.  I assume it's still active.  There are links to reddit and mamedev on there.

i dont have a mametesters account but if anyone care to report it, heres the proof. rom mkla1   
Update: i made an account and the site is not user friendly for noobs like me, so i wont be able to repor it... agaig if anyone cares to repor it, i would really thank you.
