Cruis’n World Upright/Sit-Down security chip interchangeable?

Hi! I have a Cruis’n USA sit down cab that I am interested in buying a World main board for to swap in. The board I’m looking at appears to be from an upright World cab as the U904 security chip’s label says “449 Cruis’n World Upr.”

Does anyone know if this board with this chip will work in my sit down cab? Does the security chip detect the cab type? I’ve seen others that are labeled “460 World Cruis’n 25” so I’m wondering if the security chip is specific to the cab style.
