Downscaler/ transcoder for med res (25khz/ega) monitor?

So.. I'm planning on eventually turning my SF Rush cabinet into a MAME driving cabinet.  It's got a NT-2701 medium res monitor.  I plan on driving it with CRT_Emudriver.  I'm wondering if anyone knows of an affordable solution that will take CGA (15khz) and VGA (31KHz) and convert to EGA (25khz) signal?
