I'm testing Street of Rage Remake 5.2 and seems vsync it's fixed now!

Widescreen ON (with off fails)
Vsync OFF
Enabled Aero / Composition desktop

Put BORDERLESS in mod/system.txt

Native resolution 416x240@60.

Hyper DBZ Champ’s build is a must have, as well. Incredible mugen powered game  :)
Runs like a breeze natively 320x240@60
I actually prefer to play this one over dbz figterz, it’s funnier.
