Numerous missing icons

Thanks. When I click Quote, I get a text box which is only 1 line high. Any chance of making it normal sized? And there's no "Post button" (or any buttons).
There seems to be a "Quick Reply" button at the bottom of the screen, but the html code is all corrupted, so of course the icon is missing.

There should be a click-and-drag grab handle at the bottom of the text box for resizing it vertically.

That's odd. What theme and platform/OS are you using?

Theme: Yabb SE Classic 2.0
OS: Windows 7 32-bit
Browser: Firefox 32-bit 65.0.2

The text box is just a one-line slot, there's no grab handle, no "Attachment and other options", nothing at all. It works correctly if I hit the Reply button, but the Quote button is useless.

Does it work in a different browser?
Do any of the other themes work? (Modify Profile -- Look and Layout)

I switched to Night-something, and the Quote and Quick-reply are working there. The font used is horrible though, so I will try out some other themes.
Edit: ended up with the default SMF theme.

It's the thumbnail for the Chemical theme.
