Numerous missing icons

There's a lot of icons missing from the board - here's a list of some of them:

It seems that some of them, at least, should be specified as png. Any chance of fixing this?

Actually think I have them fixed here now. Let me know if you see any more missing?

The bottom of the Recent Unread Topics, All Unread Topics, and Updated Topics pages have links to these .gifs.

There are corresponding files on the server with the same path and filename, but a .png extension.
