Crt_emudriver and Radeonpro

Are they compatible? Can I use Radeonpro with my Crt_Emudriver pc, so I can limit my fps to 60 on 5450 and therefore, reduce tearing without having to resort to Vsync? (That introduces lag, and plays like crap)?

Pls let me know.   :-\ :'(
