Probably doesn't need commercial screening for home use. I bet some reverse printed inkjet labels would work just fine if they cost half what the others do.

Yeah. That would probably work fine. I was just going to see how much it would cost. Sometimes things are cheaper than you would think. The problem is that more often than not they are more expensive than you would think. The acrylic was 30 bucks for a 24 x 48 inch sheet. I could cut a million inserts out of one sheet.

My plan had been to print them on transparencies and shoot the back with a thin layer of white spraypaint. We're talking about an area approximately 1 square inch, so it's going to be pretty forgiving.
Suppose another option would be using two very thin layers of plastic and sandwiching the art between. Team up with one of those marquee printing people and I bet you'd get something very professional looking...

OTOH, pinball people are a deep pockets bunch, and $7 is a drop in the toilet tank to them.
