Sega Wing War control panel
« on: February 25, 2017, 08:35:25 pm »
Hi All,

I have a Sega Wing War control panel that i'd like to use for a mame flight cab but have no cab for it. Does anyone know of a compatible cab type for this cp? I never see Wing War cabs come up but would also like to put it on a stand up or candy cab if possible due to space restrictions.

Cheers,
Andy

Probably easier to pull the controls off the panel and remount them in another panel

Thanks mate. I was thinking about that and using a Sega Candy Cab.

Do you live somewhere that you can get that easy? Just wondering? I live in the Midwest US, and I have jumped through stupid hoops for every Candy I have ever owned.

I'm in Qld Australia and they come up reasonably often. The good ones go quickly but the projects stay a bit longer so hopefully won't take too long.

I managed to pickup a couple of astro city cabs and an atomiswave. Still haven't been able to find any info on fitting the wing war controls. Anyone have any ideas?  I'm thinking i might need to make a new top half to accommodate the depth of the controls. Thanks
