Speaking of Amazon...
Inktober is coming up. It's a global artist initiative created by popular artist Jake Parker back in '09 to help improve drawing/inking skills by creating one drawing for each day of October and posting it to social media with the accompanying hashtag. For each day, Jake has put a list of words to help inspire the drawing of that day.
Here's a few drawings I did last year:

This year I figured I'd go the extra distance and buy some high quality ink pens/markers, and nice heavy weight paper for this Inktober's submissions. Normally for inking I just use whatever ballpoint or gel pen I have laying around the house, but this year I figured I'd do it more legit.
I ordered a bunch of copic markers and Ink Brush pens off Amazon, which aren't cheap, but when it arrived one of the fine point pens was missing a cap and had it's tip broken off. Another pen was missing entirely.
So I submitted a ticket with Amazon stating the problem with my order, and a rep contacted me right away, offered to re-send the missing and broken pens, AND refund me my entire order ($70!!).
They didn't even want me to send the broken pen back, or take a picture for evidence or anything.
Chuffed!
