does this sony PVM seem like a good deal?

Hey people,

I'm new to the world of PVMs, just came across what seems like an ok unit.  I'm really excited, never even seen one of these with my own eyes before.

Anyway, it's a sony BVM-20F1U (european version) with 67k hours of use, going for 425€ (USD 450).

Guy lives about 90 minutes from me, so I can pick it up myself and test it before buying.
I know nothing about these monitors, so there's a concern that I might be getting into a bad deal (the guy has a couple of bad buyer reviews).
Is there anything I should specifically look out for?

Finally, would you buy this thing?

TIA
