another missing file problem, and i missing a bios rom?

for a couple games like golden axe duel, only one i can think of off the top of my head, im getting this missing file error

epr19730.ic8 NOT FOUND

am i missing a bios rom?

First guess is you are missing the parent ROM:

Parent ROMs: stvbios.zip (1.44 Mb)

Second guess is that its not supported fully in MAME yet.

Third, you could really find out a lot of this stuff on your own using a site like:
http://mamerominfo.retrogames.com/

It lists the parent rom for each game and its status in MAME. Seems like it'd be a lot quicker than jumping on the board and asking everytime something doesn't work.
