Many people have bad things to say about them, I ordered two things from them, one was perfect and one had a problem which they took care of without complaint. Mainly people seem to claim that the side art is not accurate in color or sharpness. I did not find this to be the case with the items I ordered but that is not to dispute anyone's claim that they were dissapointed, it is possible that some are better than others.

All classic overlays stuff is just injet prints, if that is the quality you are looking for then by all means, buy it.  I would only use it as a last resort but there are quality reproductions of many games out there.  Arcadeshop and Phoenix arcade come to mind.
