Updating/Modding a Golden Tee 2016 Showcase Cab?

Hi all!
I've been a proud owner of a commercial GT 2016 showcase cab with duel monitors similiar to the one in the pic. Thinking it's about time to do somehting new with it. Maybe add some more games to it? If anyone has options or examples I'd be all ears. Thanks much.
